Print invoices direct from your order page

You can now print invoices direct from the order page. Invoices show:

• Name and address of the person or company you are invoicing
• The invoice date
• Items on the invoice
• Your reference
• Their reference
• A summary of net and gross prices

OrderHarmony invoice numbers correspond exactly to your order numbers. New customers can contact support to have your order number start from any number you choose. By default, order numbers will start from 1 of course.

To print your invoice just look at any (accepted) order & you'll see the "Print Invoice" button. We know some OrderHarmony customers that have their own invoicing systems and so you can easily switch this feature off by going to settings / invoices.

We've kept OrderHarmony's invoice system basic - to suit businesses with simple invoicing needs. We are developing some more sophisticated invoicing features, watch this space to learn about these as they happen.
