New feature: prioritise and plan shipments

We've added a couple of new features to help you to prioritise your sales orders and make sure your customers get their orders on time.

There's a new field on sales orders: desired ship date. OrderHarmony will set this to today's date when you create the sales order. You can adjust this at any time.

You'll see the order list now shows the desired ship date, and you can sort the list by this field, too.

There's also a new filter for late sales orders. So you can see everything that should have already shipped, and either get it shipped, or do some pre-emptive customer support.

There's also a new merge tag on PDF sales orders and quotes: {ORDER-DESIRED-SHIP-DATE} will print the desired ship date for you.
